CAVA DINNER MORAIRA NOVEMBER

We were lucky enough to be part of the recent Cava tasting and dinner at the Swiss Hotel Moraira which was hosted by Colin Harkness.  Wine and Cava expert extraordinaire.
Colin as always did an excellent job.  His explanation of each Cava of  which  there were 5,  was very informative. A different one was served with every course. Colin had chosen each Cava to complement the food which they did.  I enjoyed them all especially the first one as it was lighter than the others and could therefore be drunk for a longer period of time which suits me as Cava is my preferred drink.
 
The Swiss Hotel and the ambience was wonderful.   The food was truly amazing.  On this occasion it was subsidised by the Cava federation which was very generous of them. I made an effort to say thank you to the President who was there for this truly wonderful evening.

Without Colin and his expertise the evening would not have happened so a big thank you to him for a truly memorable night
