A huge, huge thank you to you all for giving us all a truly wonderful evening on Saturday. We so enjoyed ourselves and felt very honoured to be invited. The wines were all excellent as was the wonderful tapas that accompanied them. The waiters also were wonderful too.

Following La Gran Cata Chez Nous

I am the driver who brought us home safely, and therefore probably best placed to assess this evening. It was a great night – good food, delightful wines and excellent service. Even your bit was pretty good, Colin.
Please pass on our sincere congratulations to todo el equipo. Thank you all.
I’m sure that I have booked in for the two of us at Blasco’s in October. It’s in my diary, which is usually a good sign. I’d appreciate confirmation some time, one way or the other.
Either way we look forward to the next time.

Following Bodegas Castaño Visit

Castaño Trip Sept 2015; Hacienda & Ermita visit; Cata Chez Nous 002
Good Morning Colin,
Just a  quick note to thank you for the most excellent visit you organised to Bodega Castano yesterday which both Carol and I really enjoyed. It was very informative and interesting to see how the wine was made, and even better to sample it with the lunch.
We are already looking forward to the next outing….
After tasting a few more of their wines, my preference is definitely for the 100% Monastrell varieties . . .
