CAVA DINNER, SWISS HOTEL, MORAIRA

I’m delighted to announce that the Consejo Regulador (Ruling Council) of the DO Cava has asked me to present a very special tasting on Friday November 28th. It will be held in the elegant restaurant of the up-market Hotel Swiss, Moraira.

There will be a four-course dinner and each course will be paired with a different style of Cava: Brut; Rosado; Reserva; and Gran Reserva! It’s a very rare opportunity to enjoy the fact that, whilst Cava is of course wonderful for celebrations and aperitifs, it can also be perfectly paired with the different dishes of a whole dinner!

And here’s the best bit – the above: the 4-course dinner at Hotel Swiss and the Cava with each course, will cost you the amazingly economic price of just 25€ per person!!

I’ve seen the menu, I’ve tasted the cava – 25€ is a steal!

Ros was right – yet another triumphant wine tasting evening. Fantastic food combined with super wines which complemented the different food dishes perfectly. Very appreciative and attentive audience and a great atmosphere. Well done to you; all your hard work and research paid off.
