BREAKING WINE NEWS:
 More details re the spectacular Wine Pairing Dinner with the beautiful music of Dolce Divas, to be held at the Swiss Hotel, Moraira, Friday 8th May, starting at 8:30pm.
The Swiss Hotel’s Head Chef, Juan Ruiz, who thrilled those who attended the Cava Dinner before Christmas with his first rate cooking and imaginative recipes, has designed a super four-course dinner to be paired with the excellent wines of Bodegas Castaño, DO Yecla.
These four different wines will be presented by Señor Daniel Castaño, third generation of DO Yecla’s leading family owned and run bodega. Daniel’s specific responsibility within the company is the Export Department, which he heads. Daniel, who is very friendly and personable, speaking English fluently, travels the world, promoting and selling his wines, from Europe, to the USA and Asia, so we are extremely lucky to be able to enjoy his company this evening.
But that’s not all! Performing in their own inimitable style, Dolce Divas, soprano Claire Harkness Post and pianist Kirsty Glen, will provide us with beautiful music throughout the evening!
And to cap it all – you’ll hardly have to listen to me at all!
The cost of this wonderful event will be 47€ per person and I should point out that there are limited places available with 20 people already reserved. So, please contact me as soon as you can to reserve your places for a truly memorable evening!

We have a four-course dinner designed by Head Chef Juan Ruiz with each course being paired with the super wines of Bodegas Castaño, DO Yecla. (www.bodegascastano.com).
