Thank you for organising an excellent evening last night.  Both the food and the wine were five star.   We also enjoyed the accompanying music.
When you organise a trip out to the bodega we would definitely like to come along.

Many thanks for a truly wonderful evening. As you know, Ros and I love the ambiance at the Swiss Hotel; perfect service and fantastic food. As usual, the wine selection was excellent and you and Daniel did a terrific job of presenting the choices. An extra bonus was the beautiful music from the Dolce Divas  –  and what a fabulous idea to enhance the wines with appropriate music. It’s a shame that our table was so far from the music but I guess that someone has to be. It was lovely too to renew our acquaintance with Sue and Roger. The confusion with the table plan actually played into our hands. We and our guests enjoyed ourselves hugely.
Only one thing would have enhanced our enjoyment and that is if a menu had been on the table so that we knew what was in store. I think I remember the hotel providing one at the cava evening and we were a little disappointed that we didn’t know what was to come. It didn’t remotely spoil the evening though.

Glad to see you enjoyed your time at IWSC 2015 [please see Blog Page re report on IWSC 2015]. I am very interested to find-out which Spanish wineries/wines achieved gold medal status! I do agree wholeheartedly with your sentiment that it is great to see less well-known areas and wineries achieving “top marks” which the impartial and objective system the IWSC employs should make possible.
