Stewart and I had a super time [at Restautrante Bajul, Moraira, Alicante] and enjoyed all the food and all the wines, especially the rosado. We would most certainly try and put our names down should you decide to do it again.

Just to say thank you for the magnificent wine prizes*, and the advice at the Spanish Wine Fair. [Solpark, Annual small wine fair in Moraira, Alicante].
Some presenters complained it had not been as profitable as in previous years. Not sure if it is for a reason but we noted there were no signs on the road letting anyone know it was on? A banner on the main road would have pulled in many more people however maybe they don’t want people just turning up for a free drink.**
It was our first visit and hopefully we can attend every year to keep up with what’s happening in the industry and possibly pick up some helpful production tips.
Anyway thanks again.

Hi guys,
A fantastic evening  –  a lot of fun and a lot of laughs. Fabulous food (as ever) and plenty to drink. Plus we had the ‘cabaret’ of trying to guess the answers to Colin’s question*. By the way, what was the last process before bottling Castaño Monastrell Dulce? Did I miss the answer**?
Anyway, the most fun evening we’ve had for a long time.
We’ve put May 20 in the diary for Javea Golf Club and we’ll chat about it nearer the time.
