I think you would not mind a little feedback and this is only designed to help and, I hope, not offend:

I know it was a wine tasting. However, with a whole meal also involved, we alcoholics got a wee bit dry, because the usual wine-tasting ration did not begin to last the courses. When you had the tasting with only tapas at the Swiss Hotel, the wine-tasting ration was fine, but I personally think a full meal needs more quantity.

Do put my comment in the bucket if I’ve got it wrong, but for once we went home sober! That will just not do!

Congratulations to Claire. She had a full programme.
