well, you really excelled yourself last night. The location was very well chosen, the wines were sensational, the food was exceptional, your wine tutoring well up to its usual highly professional standard and last but not least, the musical entertainment was superb.

Well, I can’t wait for the Fine Wine & Gourmet Tapas Pairing Event at the Palau de Javea, in Javea Old Town, this coming Thursday 2nd June! I’ve trialed the food/wine pairings, of course, and they really are sensational, top quality!

And if that’s not enough reason to book the remaining few places – then there is also the delightful Alexandra Violin, who will be playing beautiful music during the evening.
