A fantastic evening – a lot of fun and a lot of laughs. Fabulous food (as ever) and plenty to drink. Plus we had the ‘cabaret’ of trying to guess the answers to Colin’s question*. By the way, what was the last process before bottling Castaño Monastrell Dulce? Did I miss the answer**?
Anyway, the most fun evening we’ve had for a long time.
We’ve put May 20 in the diary for Javea Golf Club and we’ll chat about it nearer the time.
