Cava Dinner – Hotel Swiss, Moraira

I’m delighted to announce that the Consejo Regulador (Ruling Council) of the DO Cava has asked me to present a very special tasting on Friday November 28th. It will be held in the elegant restaurant of the up-market Hotel Swiss, Moraira.

There will be a four-course dinner and each course will be paired with a different style of Cava: Brut; Rosado; Reserva; and Gran Reserva! It’s a very rare opportunity to enjoy the fact that, whilst Cava is of course perfect for celebrations and aperitifs, it can also be perfectly paired with the different dishes of a whole dinner!

And here’s the best bit – the above: the 4-course dinner at Hotel Swiss and the Cava with each course, will cost you the amazingly economic price of just 25€ per person!!

I’ve seen the menu, I’ve tasted the cava – 25€ is a steal!

I’m expecting to fill the 50 seat capacity restaurant, so it will have to be a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that reservations for 2 are likely to be placed on tables of 4 or above, meaning that there will probably be no tables just for two. Don’t worry though, this is very often the case at my tastings and invariably those who are placed together for the first time make friends and often book together for the next event! It’s a good way to meet people and make new friends!
